v3.4 'Jothee' MOOAAR BUGFIXES ! No new features, just squashing some more bugs. Eventually the code will be impervious to everything bar a direct nuclear strike. - Pressing the 3D button will now set the display defaults for whichever maps you already selected to export, so you don't have to press this first. - Minimum data value will now be set to zero if the FITS file is real data (has a WCS), has a maximum value greater than zero, and 3D mode is set (if you have a peculiar case where you have real data offset from zero, you can still enter this manually). In any other other case it will use the actual minimum value. - The script will tell you (and no longer crash) if the minimum data value is set to something greater than the maximum. - No longer tries to load in existing images if something went wrong exporting the cube. - "Load images" warns you that you need to set 2D/3D mode and press Go, if you haven't already (previously crashed if a mode hadn't been set). It will still display a big black monolith if you're trying to load images that don't exist though. - Trying to select objects from the Analyse menu no longer crashes if they don't exist. - The buttons "Map 1" and "Map 2" in the lower part of the display menu have been renamed "Use 1" and "Use 2", solely for the sake for not having to write, "the Map 1 button in the lower part of the menu, not the Map 1 button in the upper part of the menu" any more. - The "Fits" toggle button in the Analyse menu now works in 2D mode as well as 2D. - If no object is selected, the XY/XZ/ZY buttons in the "Analyse" menu will set the view to the middle of the cube (rather than the first slice as before, which would show nothing). - In the Movies menu, it was previously possible to set the number of frames to meaningless values which would crash the script, this is now fixed.
